Do you specialise in specific industries?
We do our strongest work with construction, product brands, professional services, and automotive since that is where most of our results and case studies sit. That said, our services works for just about any Melbourne business that wants to be seen, attract more clients or educate their audience.
Do you service clients outside of Melbourne?
Melbourne is our home base and where we shoot most often, but we regularly travel across Victoria and interstate for the right projects. Strategy and social media management run remotely, so location is no barrier there at all. However we only have staff in Melbourne, so rest assured your data is safe!
How does your pricing work?
It depends on the project and factors such as the number of deliverables, format, shoot location, etc. Once we’ve got the details, we’ll come back with a clear, transparent quote with no surprises. For monthly clients we have a few packages available at different price points, each with a different mix of services and deliverables included.

How far in advance should we book a shoot with you?
We recommend locking in your shoot around two to three weeks ahead so we can plan it properly and get the most out of the day. If something urgent lands, always ask anyway, because we will do our best to fit you in.
What is your policy for rescheduling a shoot?
You can reschedule at no cost with at least 48 hours notice, since life happens and we get it. Inside that window a small fee will apply to cover the crew and gear already locked in for your day.
What does the onboarding process look like?
We start with a free consultation call to understand your goals, then build a strategy covering your target audience, content pillars and creative direction. Then we lock in the logistics, runsheet and move into production. For monthly clients it carries on from there, with ongoing consultation and hands-on guidance built right into your social media management.
Can you accommodate NDAs and confidential projects?
Absolutely, we are happy to sign an NDA before we begin and treat sensitive work with full discretion. Just let us know your requirements early and we will work within them.
