What is the turnaround time?
Most edits for the videos are finalised within 4 days of the shoot, and up to 10 days depending on the scope and how many pieces we are cutting. If you are working to a tighter deadline, tell us up front and we will build a timeline that works.
Do you shoot on-site, in a studio, or both?
We do both, shooting on location at your site, office or venue, and in a studio when the concept calls for a cleaner, controlled look. We will recommend whichever suits your brand and budget when we plan the shoot.
Do you provide scriptwriting and content ideation services?
Yes, ideation and scripting are part of what we do, so you do not need to turn up with a plan already sorted. We shape the concept, hook and script around your goals so the final video actually lands with your audience.
How do you support clients who aren't comfortable on camera?
For our monthly clients we run a short course that helps you get more confident and speak better on camera over time. For everyone else, we guide you through it on the day and bring a teleprompter, so you can read the script while looking straight to the lens.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
We include one round of revisions for small changes and tweaks that sit within the original scope of the project such as swapping the clips, caption, pacing, and more.
Can you create videos for different platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube?
Definitely. We can create portrait videos for Reels and TikTok, and landscape pieces for YouTube or your website for example.
How do you select music for the videos?
We can go one of two ways: licensed tracks that are cleared for commercial use, or trending songs everyone knows which tend to be catchier and can push your reach further. It comes down to what you’re after, and we’re happy to stay flexible either way.
Are you certified for drone videography?
Yes. All of our videographers holds a Remote Pilot Licence (RePL), a CASA-issued credential required for commercial drone operations in Australia.
