Our Story

4ffinity, pronounced “Affinity”, was born from a passion for creativity and a commitment to helping businesses stand out in their own way. We are inspired by the Japanese concept of Ikigai, which represents the intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what you can be paid for, and what the world needs. The journey started with our director Swarnith, a camera, and a vision. What began as a creative pursuit quickly became a mission to create content that makes an impact not just for our clients, but for our team and the world around us.

Through countless late nights and an obsession with getting things just right, we’ve grown into a team that thrives under pressure, finds solutions where others see obstacles, and is relentless in our pursuit of exceptional service. We’re not just here to create. We’re here to build something meaningful, something that lasts, and something we’re proud to put our name on.

My vision for 4ffinity started with a simple idea rooted in Ikigai. Finding the intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can build a business from.

For me, that was always a camera in hand and an obsession with creating. Before the clients and the team, it was just me, a MacBook Air, and a willingness to grind. Late nights, early mornings, weekends on site. That became my normal and honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Entrepreneurship taught me as much about myself as it did about business. The tough days shaped me. The support of my family, friends, and partner pushed me further than I could have gone alone.

Today, 4ffinity is built on everything those years taught us. Meaningful relationships. Exceptional work. A genuine drive to build brands that lasts.

Operations Manager

Renatto

Renatto is the Strategy & Operations Manager at 4ffinity, the person who keeps the strategy sharp and the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

He leads market research and competitive analysis to build client strategy briefs before every consulting or sales session. That means defining target audiences, content pillars, KPIs, and deliverable recommendations, all mapped back to real commercial outcomes for the client.

Renatto manages the CRM and sales pipeline on GoHighLevel, handles task management across the team on ClickUp, and builds the automation workflows that keep the entire sales and delivery process consistent, from confirmations and reminders through to resource allocation and handoffs.

He also owns social media end to end, both internally for 4ffinity and for clients. Scheduling, graphic design in Adobe, copywriting, and scripting for Meta lead generation ads. Every month he delivers performance reporting to the Director covering sales results and engagement analytics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Detail-driven, systems-minded, and always a step ahead. Renatto is the reason 4ffinity’s operations scale without losing quality.

Videographer

Sahan

Sahan is 4ffinity’s dedicated videographer, bringing years of experience and a passion for capturing stunning visuals. He began his journey in content creation within the automotive world, where he crafted viral videos and collaborated with some of Melbourne’s top car influencers. A veteran in the car community, Sahan expanded his horizons by exploring new creative genres through agency work and freelancing, ultimately finding his home with us at 4ffinity.

His background in automotive content creation taught him versatility, precision, and the ability to adapt to any creative challenge. These skills make Sahan an invaluable member of our team. Whether he’s capturing breathtaking visuals or coaching a client through their first on-camera experience, Sahan thrives under pressure and consistently delivers exceptional results.

Clients are continually impressed by Sahan’s extensive knowledge, creative input, and unwavering commitment to excellence. His passion for the creative process and ability to turn ideas into high-quality content make him a true asset to the 4ffinity team.

Sunny

Sunny is a videographer at 4ffinity, known for his calm approach and ability to capture moments as they naturally happen. He started out filming the city of Melbourne cinematically, spending time learning how light, movement, and atmosphere work together in a frame. That early experience shaped the way he shoots today and carries through everything he works on.

Whether he’s on a busy site, behind the scenes at an event, or helping tell a brand’s story, Sunny’s work is thoughtful and consistent. Clients appreciate his reliability, technical skill, and the care he puts into capturing the people and process behind the work.
