How long does a typical photo shoot take, and do we need to block out the whole day?
Most shoots run between three and four hours, though larger product or team shoots can fill a half or full day. We give you a clear time estimate when we plan the shoot, so you can schedule your team around it rather than losing a whole day.
How should we prepare our team or products before shoot day?
We send a simple prep guide beforehand covering wardrobe, products, styling and anything to have ready on the day. The more organised your space and products are before we arrive, the more shots we capture in the time booked.
Can you help us determine the best visual style for our brand?
Yes, we look at your brand, audience and where the photos will be used, then recommend a visual direction that fits. If you already have a mood board, great! That will help us set up the scope even better.
Is photo retouching and colour grading included in the package?
Yes, every delivered image is professionally colour graded and retouched as standard, not charged as an extra. If a shot needs deeper work like background editing or compositing, we will flag it before we start.
Do we select the final images from a gallery, or does your team curate the best shots?
It is a bit of both, so we first curate and edit the strongest images rather than leaving you to sift through hundreds of raw frames. You then review the gallery and pick your favourites to post on socials for example.
Can you assist with sourcing locations and models for the shoot?
Yes, we can help arrange them as part of pre-production, so you are not chasing it all yourself. Just tell us what you need early and we will build it into the plan and the quote.
How are the final images delivered, and in what formats?
Your images arrive through a private online gallery you can download anytime, in high-resolution files for print and web-optimised versions for social. If you need a specific size or format, just ask and we will sort it out.
Who owns the usage rights to the photos once they are delivered?
You receive full commercial usage rights to use the delivered images across your website, marketing and social media. We keep the right to feature the work in our own portfolio, and we will always check with you first on anything sensitive.
