Renatto oversees quality assurance on edits before delivery, reviewing pacing, audio, captions, and overall brand feel. He also manages internal and client social media operations, planning content two to three weeks in advance, graphic design, tracking engagement analytics, and feeding insights back into creative and strategy decisions. In addition, he builds and maintains operational systems including CRM, automations, and email marketing workflows, plus a Notion-based internal portal that improves transparency, approvals, and account coordination.
