ELITE WATERPROOFING

The Challenge

Elite Waterproofing was delivering high quality work onsite, but that quality was not translating online. Builders, architects, and developers could not easily see the level of craftsmanship, scale, or professionalism behind the business, which limited trust and slowed growth.

They needed a way to consistently showcase real site work, process, and outcomes to position themselves as a reliable, go to installer across Victoria, not just another trade competing on price.

Our Approach

Our approach centred on consistent, on-site based content that reflected the reality of Elite Waterproofing’s work. We delivered monthly video and photo content captured on active job sites, focusing on process, detail, and execution rather than polished marketing claims. Through site focused storytelling, we documented how the team works, the standards they hold, and the outcomes they deliver.

By repeatedly highlighting craftsmanship and technical precision, we helped build long term brand authority and positioned Elite Waterproofing as a trusted, go to waterproofing partner for builders and developers across Victoria.

The Outcome

  • DOUBLED revenue in just over a year and entered their first 7 FIGURE year ($600K in FY23-24 , $1.5M in FY24-25)

  • DOUBLED their team in just under 12 months

The increased trust and clarity around their workmanship positioned them as the go to installer for suppliers like Wall Boulevard and manufacturers such as Ardex. With stronger brand recognition among builders and developers, Elite Waterproofing secured more projects across Victoria and continued their momentum into FY25–26 with a standout first quarter.

Working with 4ffinity changed how people saw us. The content finally showed the quality we were delivering onsite and it shifted the way builders responded to us.
